Production Supervisor (Fabrication Division) The Production Supervisor oversees employees in the Fabrication division in the completion and documentation of their daily duties.
This position will report directly to the Fabrication Superintendent and will cooperate and communicate with others in the sales department, accounting, HR, billing, maintenance, etc.
in a way that is conducive to the execution of our short and long-term plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
All the activities related to operations as well as all the typical documentation associated with this type of operation.
Ensures personnel development, training and safety of employees and is responsible for making sure the proper standards are being met on finished product in the Department.
It is the culture of our organization to put special emphasis to employee safety, employee well- being, the quality and presentation of our products, effective communications with our employees and the rest of the management team, adherence to our guiding principles, and in more general terms the pursuit of our SQF and operational goals.
Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Individual must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills Above average verbal and written communication skills Proficient in reading, writing, math, and computer EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED At least five years of supervisory experience WAGE RANGE:
$67,724 - $76,500 per year
