Summary:
Assists in executing administrative functions for the marketing office.
SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED:

Has friendly, attentive, interaction with customers and co-workers and is courteous and professional at all times.
Works with Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator on projects and communications.
Attends sponsored events (i.
e.
senior expos, sporting events) as representative of Yakama Nation Legends Casino as needed.
Promotes positive customer relations-in person, on the phone, and through correspondence.
Performs clerical work with speed and accuracy.
Performs filing and coordination of department documents.
Answers all marketing phone calls appropriately.
Collects and distributes interoffice mail.
Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
Identifies ways to improve workflows and processes to work smarter and increase efficiency.
Moves the situation quickly toward resolution by efficiently managing and controlling the circumstances.
Explains the why behind the resolution or action for the guest.
Makes judgment calls based on understanding Legends Casinos' Purpose, Values and objectives while utilizing research, knowledge, and experience.
Proactively shares guest feedback with executive management and peers in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Seeks to share and improve processes and workflows based on guest feedback.
Finds ways to make good use of their strengths and talents.
Knows and follows all Marketing Internal Controls and policies and procedures.
Consistently provides exceptional customer service and represents Legends Casino in a professional manner at all off-site events.
Proactively helps guests to resolve concerns; particularly when the guest has not been satisfied and strives for a win-win resolution Arrives to work on time as scheduled, prepared to work, and reports in appropriately.
Follows team member handbook in regards to professionalism and appearance.
Takes responsibility for their performance, knows how they are performing and constantly strives to improve.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand, sit for eight (8) hours or longer.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
Prior marketing experience preferred.
Must have good organizational skills and be computer literate.
Must have flexible schedule, ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
