21st CCLC Teacher

Supervises and instructs students in educational and recreational activities as part of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field or a Teacher certification as required by the State of Washington (OSPI) together with the appropriate corresponding education necessary to obtain certification required.
Experience: At least two years experience working with students in a classroom setting.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: A current copy of a FBI background check (fingerprinting) if applicable.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of student learning objectives; ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans; ability to design and implement positive discipline; ability to maintain classroom management; and the ability to organize student activities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
