21st CCLC Teacher Assistant

Assists teachers to instruct students in classroom educational and recreational activities.
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Experience: At least two years experience working with students in a classroom setting.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: A current copy of a FBI background check (fingerprinting) if applicable.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to communicate effectively in English; ability to assist with student learning objectives; ability to assist in implementing effective lesson plans; ability to assist implementing positive discipline and classroom management; and the ability to organize student activities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
